Akshay a replacement to SRK?
Superstar Akshay’s demand has increased by leaps and bounds. 
Akshay’s good show with every passing film has positioned him among the top league. And with Singh Is Kinng’s fantabulous success Akshay has become the most sought after actor of the industry. Many filmmakers are showing their desire to work with Akshay. And one such filmmaker who has shown his keen interest is the ace filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra, the man behind the successful Munna Bhai flicks.
Apparently Vidhu initially approached SRK but for some reasons SRK backed out of the project. And so he approached Khiladi Kumar with the idea while he was attending the success bash for Singh Is Kinng. As per few reports, Vidhu was seen chatting constantly with Akki throughout the bash. He left no stone unturned to let him know how much he loved him in Singh Is Kinng and his other releases. In fact he even made it a point to offer him a lift back home so that he could talk business on the way.
Hope we could soon see the new ‘King’ of Bollywood in Vidhu’s film.

Co stars love SRK
No matter what Salman Khan may say. Shah Rukh Khan is 
loved by his co stars. Ask Irfaan Khan and Lara Dutta, his co stars in Billoo Barber, which is being directed by Priyadrashan and produced by SRK himself.
SRK, who shares most of his scenes with Irfaan in the film, apparently endeared himself so much to his co star, that Irfaan is now missing him. The actor says that ever since SRK finished shooting his bit, he has started missing him. According to Irfaan, there is no zing left in the shoot.
SRK, he believes, is an entertainer, on and off screen. And it is this entertainment that he is missing. Lara, on the other hand, who stepped into the film after Bipasha Basu and Ameesha Patel walked out, is touched by the actor’s concern. Since he is the producer of the film, he made sure that he personally checked the accommodation that was provided for the cast when they were shooting in Pollachi in Tamil Nadu, the same village where Priyadarshan had earlier shot Viraasat.
Knowing that there were no luxury hotels available in the village, he personally visited one of the houses in the village where Lara was to be accommodated. Of course, things were a little primitive in the village. The actors had to make it to their locations by tractor. Anyway, it was all rendered tolerable because of SRK’s behavior and his concern for Lara, who he feels indebted to for agreeing to play the role Billoo Barber’s wife at the last moment. Celina Jaitley is proud and gay.
No, we don’t mean homosexual ‘gay’. We just mean that she was pretty happy to be at the gay pride parade in Mumbai recently.The lady has been vocal about the rights of the homosexual community.This is what she had to say; “Gays too are a creation of god and they don’t choose to belong to a sexual minority.
Why shouldn’t they be allowed to live peacefully, freely and with a person of their choice?It is very stressful for them to live with hatred and it is demoralising for them to be treated badly by heterosexual people.They should be given the freedom to live with and move around with their kind of people.”The lady marched with the homosexual community at the parade at the August Kranti Maidan to show her solidarity with them…
“I have some good friends who are gays. I have known them for a long time and I like them as people..Their sexual preferences are not under their control. It’s something they are born with.So why should we discriminate on the basis of sexual preferences? It’s not fair to isolate them like this,” she says. Uh, huh. Point taken.
Sherlyn wanted cameras even in bathrooms
Actress and singer Sherlyn Chopra will no longer join the Housemates in ‘Bigg Boss’ as she has been shown the door. Sherlyn, who was in discussion to be cast on the show, could not close the deal as her two conditions could not be met on time.
Apparently, the newbie asked for a sum of Rs 3 crore for her 3-month appearance in the ‘Bigg Boss’ House.
Since, after her first music album ‘Outrageous’, her second album ‘Dard-e-Sherlyn’ has also become a runaway success, she felt that only a decent price could keep her inside the House for a whole three months.
It is also learnt that Sherlyn suggested that the makers install cameras even in bathrooms of the House, so that she could flaunt her vast collection of colourful bikinis and inner wear while bathing. It seems she was keen to generate loads of teenage interest in the show from both sexes.
It can be recalled that the practice of cameras in the bathrooms of such a reality show existed in UK’s ‘Big Brother’ earlier, until Shilpa Shetty got the practice discontinued two years ago, with a clause in her contract stating it went against her ethics and culture. It is obvious, Sherlyn thinks otherwise.
But since ‘Bigg Boss’ found her demands outrageous, she was out. “Right from the beginning of her career, Sherlyn has a very bold, outspoken, daring and sensational diva-like image. One can’t really blame her for thinking of her colourful bikinis, ” quipped her publicist Dale Bhagwagar.
“Nowadays, everyone from Kareena Kapoor to Priyanka Chopra is being talked about for wearing bikinis in their movies. So why should we have double standards for reality shows? After all, they are just another medium of expression, ” added Bhagwagar.
Sherlyn is a typical bindaas new-age babe. Everyone knows that if she would have been on the show, the TRP’s would have sky-rocketed simply with her boldness and flamboyance. It’s hardly ‘her’ loss.
